Shipping

How soon can I receive the machine?

Normally we will take 2-3 days to prepare the goods and to complete the final inspection of the product. As you know, we have been manufacturing beauty machines for 15 years and have a strict product quality control system. We will send you an inspection video of the machine you have purchased to ensure it is ready for use before we ship it to you.

Shipping is usually 7-10 days via DHL, the USA is our main sales market and shipping times are fast. So in total it will take approximately 10-15 days from the time you complete payment for your machine for you to receive it at home.

What is the packing of our beauty equipments?

There’re different packages of our beauty equipment: carton box, aluminum alloy, and wooden box.

For different machines, we use different packaging, for example for portable emsculpt machines we generally use wooden boxes and aluminum sides to pack the goods to ensure that they are safe and not damaged, while the lighter material minimizes freight costs.

No matter which package, there’s good foam inside of the box to protect the machine during the shipment. So there’s no worry of any damage to the machine.

How long will it take to ship?

Warranty

Do you have any warranty?

We will supply 1 years warranty for the host machine, 6 months for spare parts, lifetime maintenance, and technical support. We have sufficient departments, including the after-sales department. In case encounter any problems during the warranty, please take a short video to us, I will transfer the video to our after-sales department, then our technicians will find the best solution within 12 hours. Whether sending the spare parts or sending a new machine, we will surely supply the best after-sales service.

If it can be repaired by replacing some spare parts, we will send the spare parts for free, with the guide video. If it is hard to be repaired, we will send a new machine for free.

How does your factory do regarding quality control?

Because it’s international trade, We can’t do door-to-door service. So we will strictly control the quality of all machines.

We have a strictly quality inspection department. Our engineers will carefully check and test the machines many times before we deliver them to you.

The technology of this machine is mature, during production, We strictly control every link. We will check the machine before the transportation, and we will send the checking video to you at same time.

To make sure you can get high-quality machines, only the machines that have passed the strict quality inspection can be delivered to you.

Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
